Research Manager - Benchmarking - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Qualification - 

- Post Graduate or MBA from top-tier institute/university with strong academic records and minimum 8 years of experience.

- Experience in performance improvement or benchmarking/databases is preferred and will be an added advantage.

- Has applied benchmarking in real world client situations both in proposal as well as client casework, knows application of digital tools in benchmarking Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop open ended ideas to practical results.

- Should possess strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Possesses excellent analytic skills, case cracking, work planning, communication and team skills, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Responsibilities & Duties - 

- Design and maintain proprietary benchmarking databases in conjunction with the Performance Improvement and other relevant practice areas.

- Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive benchmarking support on cases across geographies and industries.

- Identifying high quality third party sources that can serve clients as data providers, developing third party data vendors, and maintaining productive relations with them as required
