Job Role : Domain Lead – Edible Oils and Nutritional Supplement

Job Location : Chennai

Job Scope and Key Responsibilities -

1. Extensive understanding of Edible Oils and Nutritional Supplement industry with experience in SCM,Procurement.

2. Basic understanding on Technical Know-How of the Oleo Chemical value chain – Vegetable Oils, Fatty acid and alcohols, Glycerine, Bio-Diesel etc.,

3. Exceptional understanding on Price Volatile, Price drivers, Forecast Methodology, Market Dynamic for Agro Commodities

4. Scoping and planning for the Projects, Killer Apps and Thought Leadership pertaining to the Domain.

5. Identifying and resolving issues critical to the Project delivery.

6. Providing technical/functional support and solution implementation assistance as required

7. Career management - Leading, coaching, motivating and supervising the efforts of research analyst

8. Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, analysis and other documentation

9. Keep the Team lead informed of task accomplishment, issues and status

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Related experience on Agro commodities/Crops/Food processing industries is an advantage

2. Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

3. The ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment

4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -

5. Excellent command of Microsoft Office Tools

Educational & Professional Credentials

1. Desired: MBA/Master Degree relevant to Agro industry

2. Research experience in relevant field/subject; published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field is desirable.
