In this role you will partner with the Team to assist with an array of operations projects while meeting business demands and deadlines.

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and process registrations to conference calls and transcripts

- Coordinate internal and external marketing email campaigns

- Manage internal database upkeep Schedule domestic and international telephone consultations

- Ensure positive experience for our internal/external clients

- Answer inquiries through various forms of communication (e.g., phone and email)

- Listen and respond to internal/external client needs and concerns

- Monitor and follow-up on project status and communicate to internal/external stakeholders

- Work in a collaborative environment to meet and exceed assigned goals

- Provide internal support to the Forum Team

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience

- Master's Degree Preferred

- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle stringent deadlines/multi-tasking

- Motivated self-starter, organized, detailed-oriented and ability to work independently

- Available to work overtime (if needed)

- Proficient in English

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suit
