Role Overview:

- Will be closely working with the consultants to close the positions that come in.

- Thorough about market movements within the IT industry.

- Will be responsible for mapping companies. - Will be responsible to speaking to mid and senior level candidates.

- Will provide strategic market intelligence to the consultants working on the search assignment.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

- Graduate/ MBA from a premier institute

- 3 years + work experience in a similar role. Those from the BPO/ KPO sector looking for a career change can apply too.

- Should love doing executive search

- Self-starter

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
