Responsibilities:

- Computing and maintaining indices with precision and timeliness

- Developing innovative, replicable indices for funds and ETFs

- Conducting thorough back-testing of index strategies

- Analyzing market trends and competitive practices in passive investments

- Automating index computation processes for efficiency

- Preparing analytical reports for senior management and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)

- 3-5 years of experience in fixed income domain or index computation

- Strong understanding of bond mathematics and fixed income markets

- Knowledge of passive investment vehicles and mutual fund regulations

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
