We are hiring for a leading KPO organization based at Hyderabad

Position : Research Analyst/ Senior Analyst - Financial Services

Experience : 2-7 yrs with MBA/PG (Full Time)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Familiarity and understanding of Financial / Banking industry related terms

- Ability to converse with stakeholders and propose methodologies based on FS domain knowledge

- Ability to clearly understand the research requirements through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills

- Work on research-based insights which will be used to formulate go-to-market strategies for our FS stakeholders and leadership

- Respond to ad hoc requests from FS stakeholders and support them with research and analysis requirements that includes issue-based analysis

- Conduct comprehensive research using secondary research sources and techniques

- Conduct In-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis by connecting various pieces of information

- Financial analysis, and strategic frameworks are used extensively in the team's output.

- Perform end-to-end project management including work delegation, quality reviews, and stakeholder communication

- Extract the most relevant information answering the research needs from the relevant databases. Learn and apply established research tools and methodologies to develop innovative research ideas.

- Support in designing research proposal and formulating research plan through scoping.

- Solid research skills and familiarity with various research tools
