3/5 yrs of Experience in Business Research and/or Analytics

Location:Hyderabad,Mumbai

Designation: Analyst/Sr.Analyst

Roles: Support/propose research topics to create unique thought leadership in the area of C&IP business

Write high-quality research reports targeted at the executive audience

Apply research techniques such as financial analysis, case studies, consumer and executive surveys

Structure, organize and synthesize information to develop key insights

Conduct in-depth, complex data analysis to form or support the hypotheses

Identify and escalate data quality issues when appropriate

Execute analytical tasks such as regressions, clustering, t-tests, etc.

Be a problem-solver who goes beyond requested analysis and offers relevant business solutions

Build effective working relationships with subject matter experts within the firm

Skills:

Minimum 3-4 years of prior work experience (ideally research experience) in C&IP industry

In-depth understanding of the key business processes in C&IP companies

Strong skills in quantitative research methodologies and statistical analysis

Knowledge of a programming language such as Python or R and experience with visualization techniques such as Tableau will be preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
