Research Analyst - Recruitment Firm (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Independently prepare Company and Industry Research reports, end to end
- Conduct thorough research using secondary research sources
- Analyze and validate the information and publicly available data
- Ability to deliver within deadlines
Requirements :
- Must Have: 1-4years of relevant experience in a Research role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google, LinkedIn etc. and relevant secondary research tools (must be fluent with Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in a client-facing role would be preferred
- Well-organized
