Research Analyst - KPO - IIT/NIT/DCE/NSIT (1-3 yrs)

- 1-3 years work experience in a professional services environment (Management Consulting/ Business Research)

- Degree in Engineering - B.E./B.Tech from reputed institutes (e.g. IITs, NITs, PEC)

- Work closely with colleagues within the Global Sourcing (GS) practice, other practices, and external market participants to support client engagements, develop syndicated reports, as well as internal business development efforts

- Work as an integral team member on custom advisory research and published research, with independent responsibility on modules.

Key activities :

- Problem structuring and analysis

- Support gathering, structuring, and knowledge management

- Suggesting processes for filling any data or analysis gaps

- Begin to own select work streams for project deliverables

- Conduct detailed numerical analysis to identify key trends effecting markets, consolidate analysis, and develop the knowledge into best in class industry reports

Skills and Activities :

- Strong problem solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and analytical capability

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail

- Project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and successfully manage deadlines

- Self-motivated, strong organization skills (able to manage own time and prioritize), and work independently

- Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a global team environment

- Comfort with ambiguity of an entrepreneurial environment

- Motivated to excel in business

- Comfort with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Solid business judgment, professional in appearance
