Role : Research Analyst Role Synopsis : As an integral part of the start-up team, the role of a research analyst will demonstrate aptitude for research, and have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. The candidate should have ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and have ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing. - As a part of the start-up team high degree of passion and dedication is a must with sense of purpose with ownership mind-set. Key&nbsp;Accountabilities : 1. Work in a cross-functional start-up team that works across all aspects of the project 2. Gather, analyse and document information on higher education best practices and benchmarks 3. Coordinate with various stakeholders of the project on aspects related to campus development, academic programme development, research areas and developing enabling operating framework Essential Qualifications : - MBA in General Management from top management institution. - International Education essential. Experience : 2-5 years. Candidate :&nbsp; - Will be a Good mix of Problem solving and decision making- able to gather and understand important concepts in decision making. - To be able to demonstrate the ability to identify the right, commercially appropriate solution. Financial management expertise- financial planning, tracking and management that needs to happen with multiple courses running globally with multiple vendors. Therefore, attention to detail and a basic/ good understanding of the fundamentals of finance would be ideal. Stakeholder management/ Influencing is a vital skill given the nature and size of the organization and the number of both internal and external relationships that need to be managed.
