Research Analyst - Digital Transformation Team - Management Consulting Firm

Job Role: The person will be doing the Research the Digital Transformation team that focuses on digital and smart IT to help companies develop a practical approach to rapidly innovate, disrupt, and accelerate their business at scale

Job Location - Gurgaon

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA: 

- Work with project team members to understand, refine and prioritize their research needs

- Identify and determine the most appropriate, cost effective and timely research solutions to meet needs

- Gather information using a broad spectrum of sources

- Synthesize the findings into targeted, firm-formatted end products with some interpretation of the so what of the research; end products including single exhibits, written summaries, basic fact packs, and spread-sheets, utilizing standard financial concepts, ratios and calculations

- Develop knowledge in one or more - spikes- (e.g. industry, function, or geography) across digital

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR: 

- Deliver work which is of highest quality within the budget

- Delivery of projects on timely basis.

- Reliability, dependability, and an ability to manage workload effectively

- Pursuit of out-of-the-box solutions whenever possible

DESIRED PROFILE: 

 Education: A post-graduate degree from a respected institution with demonstrated analytical expertise

Experience:1.5+ years of relevant business experience, preferably working in a research environment, or with demonstrated involvement in discrete research-type projects

- Post-graduation in Information Technology or any relevant technology related course is preferred

- Work experience in IT or digital domain is preferred. Technology orientation is required
