Lead - Amazon International Markets


The Amazon International Lead will drive Repro India's expansion into global Amazon marketplaces such as UAE, UK, USA, Australia, and others. This strategic role combines market research, selection planning, pricing optimization, localization, and fulfilment execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical and operational skills, capable of owning P&L outcomes while launching and scaling international channels. This role is central to making Repro a recognized global player in print-on-demand publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Target Achievement

- Own international sales revenue and profitability for each live Amazon marketplace.

- Track GMV, margin, and marketplace performance through weekly and monthly dashboards.

- Research and Selection of New Geographies

- Conduct detailed research on Amazon marketplaces and new markets

- Analyze market demand, publishing regulations, customer segments, competition, and growth opportunity.

- Prepare market feasibility reports and recommendations for leadership.

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

- Create a GTM strategy for each new market including:

- Localized pricing and tax considerations

- SKU/category selection strategy

- Fulfilment model: PoD, local stock, FBA, or cross-border

- Launch timeline and partner support

- Pricing Strategy (ICPC & BBPC)

- Set and monitor pricing to win the Buy Box while maintaining margins.

- Track ICPC/BBPC rankings using internal tools and Amazon metrics.

- Adapt pricing for currency, duties, and shipping costs.

- Margin Optimization

- Optimize contribution margins per market by balancing pricing and logistics.

- Build local or regional fulfillment capabilities using:

- Amazon Global Logistics

- Print-on-Demand providers

KPIs:

- Number of international markets launched and operationalized

- Revenue and margin targets per region

- % of titles with Buy Box (BBPC - 90%)

- ICPC rankings relative to category peers

- Catalogue depth and localization per market

- Reduction in average shipping time and cost

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-7 years of experience in international e-commerce, Amazon Global Selling, or retail expansion

- Familiar with compliance, pricing, and logistical challenges across global Amazon marketplaces

- Strong data and financial modeling skills for market research and GTM planning

- Experience with launching and scaling marketplace P&L is a strong plus

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities

- Ability to synthesize market reports into actionable strategies
