WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Psst, heres a secret for you! You are going to be working in a team which doesnt exist in the external world! You'll be working in the Human Possibilities team. At Repos no one is an asset or a liability, we are all possibilities which are to be believed in and are to be explored!

We believe that only a master connoisseur can pick out the best diamond. Talent Acquisition as part of the Human Possibilities department is responsible for picking out the best of the best when it comes to putting together a team that will drive our mission forward. You will be entrusted with the fulfilling opportunity of getting gems that will go on to make future leaders of the world. You will practically be the brand ambassador of Repos!

While we are at it, no we don't make rangoli and only celebrate monthly birthdays here!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ?

- We believe in attracting the right people for the right places at the right time so the mission doesn't come at a halt

- Expertise in handling TA tools: ATS, CRM, Job Boards, social-professional networks (like LinkedIn, Naukri etc) and other innovative Sourcing tools.

- Implement strategies to attract passive candidates using online databases, social rofessional networks (eg LinkedIn), and other innovative sourcing methods

- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement & create a Pipeline

- Proactively address talent gaps through nurturing of talent pools to meet future requirement

- Off campus drives/Campus drives /Walk-ins/Job fairs/ sourcing & creating a pool of talent

- Build assessment centers for evaluation process & parameters & execute the procedures

WHAT WILL YOU NEED ?

- 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, engaging and nurturing talent.

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition initiatives in areas such as diversity and inclusion, employer branding, campus hiring and strategic sourcing

- Exposure to multiple industries (Manufacturing, BFSI, IT) will be an advantage.

- Must have a fair understanding of e-commerce, technology, production, FinServ

- Working knowledge of applicant tracking system and job boards

- Executing experience on campus drives, walk-ins, ramp, job-fairs, off-spring and headhunting, IJP and referrals (RRF)

- Excellent relation management with all stakeholders

- Must be proficient in documentation processes

- You must be excellent interpersonal and soft skills

- Empathy must be your best attribute.

- Understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standards

- Decision making abilities and you must be accountable for their roles and responsibilities
