Role - Associate Lead - Product Manager

About the role:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals for our Product Management team to drive Product goals. The role comprises of product ideation, competitive benchmarking, prioritization of roadmap, GTM and product penetration.

Responsibilities / Expectations :

- Setting up product management practices in the organization

- Responsible for product innovation and ideation relating to Fintech in the energy sector

- Responsible for Product Lifecycle (Ideation to execution) including MVP product features, user journeys, user personas, building product wireframes, product development etc.

- Deliver BRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

- Conducting product testing & launch in collaboration with other functional teams

- Tracking product performance through developed product metrics

- Conducting market research (primary & secondary) and customer surveys

- Keen on understanding changing market dynamics and competitive landscape for establishing best practices and high-end digital products

Requirements :

- MBA and B.Tech./B.E. from Tier 1 college

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- 3 to 5 years of Experience in core product management role

- Good understanding of Product Development Lifecycle

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Understanding of tools such as - JIRA/Trello, Figma/Visio, SQL, Tableau / Power Bi

- FINTECH Product Experience preferred

- Experience in Embedded Finance space will be an added advantage
