Customer Success - Associate (Inbound)
CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE (Inbound)
- Customer Success Associate would be a single point of contact for each partner so that our Partner always have someone they can rely on to help them get what they need.
- He/she should be coordinating with the outbound Customer Success Team.
- He/she should be establishing & growing business & relationship with key
- Partner/Customer and managing day to day interaction with assigned partners & customers.
- He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, technical challenges.
What will you be doing?
- Help manage customer, partner & operator of assigned zone/territory.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Development Team, etc.)
- Help manage daily order execution (Order placement, assignment, delivery & payments).
- Work closely with Partners to ensure they are successful using Repos E-commerce.
- Prepare and give reviews to the senior management team.
- Onboarding & Training Partners/Operators & Customer on E-commerce
- Maintaining Customer/Partner Data
