Minimum qualifications required:
- 12 + years experience in to Data Analytics, staffing analytics, worked on Power BI for employee data handling.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in BI, Operations or Finance
- Prior experience in Operations, Finance or Reporting & Analytics roles
- Familiarity with Power BI or another dashboarding tool
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to translate them into automated systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
- Prior team handling experience
Responsibility :
- Manage reporting, automation, and process initiatives across TalentMatch
- Own & manage team to standardize data, reports and dashboards used across function
- Understand data requirements from the business and work with the TalentMatch and IT team to build dashboards in Power BI & other tools
- Analyze and provide insights on data generated via core systems and/or Power BI dashboards
- Generate financial and operational models to provide scenario-based outcomes
- Train and enable other members of the TalentMatch team and the business to adopt to and utilize the reports and dashboards built
- Present models, reporting processes and insights for executive levels
