Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, assess future / current training needs through various analysis and consultation with Sales Team Management.

- Maintain, enhance training and development plans that address the needs and expectations of leadership

- Implement wide variety of training methods, conduct effective induction and orientation sessions to the unit.

- Monitor and evaluate our training programs effectiveness, ROI, and Success by generating periodic reports

- Manage the training team's cost and effectiveness, provide opportunities for ongoing development of the team for growth and leadership.

- Provide solutions and resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs, as necessary.

- Maintain training trends, offer strategic guidance, and demonstrate best practices on learning and development.

- Periodically ensure maintenance of Sales and CSM maps, available tools for the team on our intranet portal.

- Create and work with Sales Enablement Specialist to deliver the content in a repeatable fashion that is consistent across all trainers.

- Provide on-going sales coaching by working one-on-one with sales reps on sales calls, finding ways to improve the sales rep's business acumen and communication skills with C-level stakeholders to move deals forward.

- Identify & implement strategies to reduce time-to-productivity for new hires.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of Proven work experience as a Training Manager with a track record of designing and executing successful training programs.

- Sales track record, consistently has met revenue targets and delivered value selling through company content

- Current or previous experience in a quota carrying Sales role is required

- Excellent Facilitation Skills, Performance Management, Motivating Others, Coaching & Feedback skills

- Expert/Advanced Microsoft Office skills from excel, word, PowerPoint to the Google suite of docs, excel, slides.

- Experience working with remote teams and/or delivering training remotely through webinars would be a nice to have.

This role requires the employee to be willing to work in the North American shift
