RentoMojo Sourcing team is looking for driven individuals to help execute RentoMojo's sourcing program. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for executing and improving the best practices in Sourcing.The Sourcing Manager role requires someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done. The talented individual will be able to manage the global sourcing process from A to Z including product planning, vendor/item set-up and maintenance, pricing, packaging, assortments and vendor relations. The ability to work in a demanding but collegial, team-oriented environment is a must, and management experience is required. You will be responsible for :&nbsp; - Sourcing of various categories of furniture and responsibility for new product development as well in the furniture category - Development new vendors along with maintaining healthy relationships across existing vendor base - Dealing with senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of working - Quality assurance for new products, Negotiation and good conversation skills are necessary - Detail oriented and Street smart Preferred Qualifications :&nbsp; - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing sourcing. - Bachelor's degree (MBA or Advanced Engineering degree preferred). - Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products - Demonstrated knowledge of PAN India sourcing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in organizing, analyzing and presenting data
