The Business Head will drive operational excellence and - best in class- lean practices processes across various teams within the Operations unit which includes Supply Chain, Logistics and customer experience. This role will be responsible for managing the various teams and will offer cohesive direction and leadership to foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the organization.   Responsibilities :   - Running customer delivery, developing and managing systems and processes, and following up the regular routine with the on-ground operations team.  - Monitor Order/Delivery planning, issues & escalations and provide decisions & directions to site team.  - Have good experience in one or more of the following: Marketplace, Planning & Buying, e-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, Partner Experience, customer support.   - This role will cover management of wide range of issues, from strategic contracts management to input on day-to-day operations.  - Emerging trends, drive demand planning, customer focused fulfillment strategies, production planning, margin expansion and forecasting.  - Share insights and statistics with Leadership team to bridge the gap.  - Coordinate across different functions to deploy processes and systems.  - Coaching and leadership skills that bring out the best of the team.  - Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded  Skills :   - MBA from Top B School.   - Leadership level in the organization.  - Strong SCM / General Management skills are required.  - 8+ years of relevant operations (preferably including fraud prevention) industry experience.  - You- ve a strong orientation towards systems & processes and hate disorder.  - You- re exceptional at team dynamics and great at keeping up energy levels, momentum & relations.  - You- re customer-centric with a natural instinct to relate to their needs & problems.  - Proven track record driving change and innovation.  - Strong ability to source and analyze data to drive business strategies and decisions.
