We're looking for a data-driven and analytical Affiliate Marketing Manager to oversee all affiliate marketing efforts at Rentomojo. Role Requirements: - Recruiting new affiliates to run CPA, CPI and CPL campaigns (to name a few). - Negotiating terms of the deal (rates &amp; payment schedule) - Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI - Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget, spend- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management - Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the affiliate scheme - Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume Our ideal candidate must possess: - 0-3 years of experience in an affiliates role - Strongly analytical &amp; data-driven - Strong team management and partnership management skills - The candidate should be an expert in delivering &amp; "Lead Campaigns" - Prior experience of working in start-ups in preferred Salary offered: 5 - 10 LPA
