Rent Alpha - Head - Channel Sales (10-12 yrs)
Key Responsibility:
- Create and execute a strategic channel sales plan that expands customer/partner base and extends reach across defined territory
- Regularly meet with potential channel partners and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Recruit channel partners, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Adding value to the channel partner and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
- Identify knowledge gaps within the sales channel and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Oversee & enable channel partners' sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the month and monitor progress regularly
- Prospect potential channel partners using various direct methods, networking, and research.
- Serve as the key channel partner contact on multiple accounts
Pre-requisites:
- Over 10-12 years of Channel sales work experience with IT / technology financing services firm
- Owns and achieves annual leads generation target within PAN India and channel partner accounts
- Builds and maintains rapport with key channel partners; identifies new lead generation opportunities
- Partners with a channel partner to understand the market and competition
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Develops and executes a strategic plan to achieve lead generation targets and expand our channel partnership base
- Take ownership and have a proven track record of results
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
