Rent Alpha - Corporate Legal Role (6-8 yrs)
Key Deliverables:
- Supporting Sales team in conducting negotiations on agreements & related documentation
- Reviewing and assisting in negotiation of all corporate loans/capital raising initiatives
- Carrying out discussions with external lawyers engaged for opinion on the documents
- Overlooking any litigation that the Company may file
- Assisting Compliance team in formulation and implementation of policies in adherence to RBI regulations, Bombay Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable laws.
