What does the core role include :

Apart from helping create world's most respected property management tech firm, the person will :

- Create short term & long term customer experience roadmap

- Develop and explore new ideas, initiatives and products / services basis the firm's vision

- Create Product flows, wireframes, and prototypes for the products

- Work with QA and Operations team to check all the corner cases possible for feature development

- Monitor key success metrics for the product and deliver on targets, including implementation

- Provide input to tech team and coordinate with design team

- Manage upgrades

- Create detailed user stories to convey the meaning of the requirement concisely and accurately

- Act as bridge between the end user and the Engineers to ensure that the meaning and intent of the user story is retained through a sprint

- Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, rider behavior or other business metrics

- Solicit and embrace critical feedback

- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process

- Create own team of motivated designers and developers

- Experience of competitive Analysis and identifying USPs/Gaps

- Experience of data analysis and business intelligence

- Experience of product ownership from conceptualization till mature releases

- Experience of working/interfacing with other functions - Engineering, Business Developer/Sales, Operations, Partners

- Preparing and tracking product strategy, roadmap, sprints

- Proper articulation/documentation of business case/plan and requirements.
