Role: Chief Technical Officer

Location: New Delhi

Profile:

- Part of Core Strategy Team (along with founders) outlining the firm's future strategy, and Set up & lead entire technology division at Reniso to achieve the vision, including but not limited to :

- Architect and oversee the building of the entire technology platform for all aspects of the business

- Mentor and lead the engineering team as a subject matter expert for all technology and architecture related issues

- Establish and supervise the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected software development methodology

- Being abreast of new trends, best practices in the technology landscape

- Provide direction on emerging technologies that need to be incorporated into the company

- Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and servers

- Establish and supervise quality assurance process, including integration and system testing.

- Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization's investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirement:

- A hands-on approach experience of 10+ years towards building and leading from the front,

- Extensive Experience in Software Design and Development in a Leadership position / Project management

- Experience in Product Development, building the architecture of the product and managing web application development

- Experience in coding in more than one currently popular web application framework and familiar with more than one software development methodology.

- Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications
