Technical Lead

Key Competencies :

- Exceptional skills in frameworks, new solutions development, system design, enhancement, and modernization using Python, Django, Postgres.

- Good to have knowledge on Node.js, Angular Js, React Native

- Good to have knowledge of AI / ML.

- Proven project management skills including responsibility for delivering to project timetables, and expertise in providing technical solutions.

- Product-oriented mindset.

- Good experience in estimation techniques, like Function Point, UCP, Wideband Delphi, Cocomo etc

- Demonstrated excellent working experience in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, user stories writing, defining product backlog and refinement.

- Ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks within the same assignment and prioritize effectively.

- Strong Architecture knowledge and skill experience of building architecture to build systems that supports business goals. Understanding of various architectural styles.

- Highly motivated individual with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively within teams, external team (Marketing, Sales, Product), management and partners.

- Strong analytical ability to create innovative solutions, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues.

- Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Roles/Responsibilities :

As a Development Manager you will be responsible for :

- Project and Release management this will include

- Managing end to end delivery of projects.

- Allocation of engineers and people management.

- Cross-team collaboration (QA, Platform and Delivery) to ensure project implementation

- Create process frameworks

- To install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming

- Solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

- To determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions

- Designing solutions and architecture:

- Convert product specs to tech specs

- Feasibility analysis of products

- Conducting solid code reviews.

- Coaching other team members

Experience: 8+ years. Should have prior experience of working on new solutions, technologies, creating architecture and Scrum. Should have managed a team.
