Role and responsibilities :
1. Part of Product leadership team that will define business goals, create product strategy, design roadmap and directly responsible for product in one of the business lines
2. Collaborate with other product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, legal, analytics and define requirements, prioritise, test, tracking metric etc. to ship high quality products
3. Analyse business, product metrics and user behaviour data to identify and unlock new growth opportunities
4. Analyse user journeys and own UI/UX for all products in the business line
5. Constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience
6. Data led hypothesis creation for new features, analysing key metrics and iterate
7. Sprint management: Timely creation of PRDs, assisting technology team in understanding product requirements, timely feature releases and proper documentation
8. Bring in independent thought, challenge conventional approaches, and identify opportunities to drastically simplify ways of doing things using technology
9. Communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to all the stakeholders.
10. Track, report and optimize all relevant metrics for business
11. Analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience

3. Agile and lean start-up approach to Product creation from ideation to delivery
4. Leadership and communication skills to manage a multi-stakeholder environment across Sales, Marketing, Support, Operations and engineering team
5. Self-driven, ability to take charge and drive progress without needing constant oversight or direction
