- M&A - Build Financial Model, Term Sheet Negotiation, Technical/Legal/Commercial Due-Diligence & Documentation

- Equity - Fund raise from Pension Funds/Private Equity/IPO

- Debt - Bonds/Project Finance from Infra NBFCs & Institutional Investors
