Roles and Responsibilities:

- Independently driving strategic and operational initiatives in the organization

- Preparation of proposals, presentations for top management decision making

- Tracking and monitoring the project portfolio

- Support the strategy team in market scanning, competitors and latest trends

- Timely identification of risks and sharing with leadership for potential mitigation steps

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Profile & Eligible Criteria:

- 3-6 years' experience with prior experience in consulting or finance

- Full time M.B.A. from Premier Institute

- Commercial bend of mind

- Strong collaborative leadership with peers, teams and vendors/ partners

- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as external stakeholders and vendors/ partners
