Manager - HSE Job Purpose : To support the organization in safety culture improvement journey by closely working with consultants and in house Committees Roles and Responsibilities : 1. To coordinate with businesses for getting report on Implementation status of HSE Systems and recommendations. 2. To consolidate MIS and ensure that concerns are escalated / reviewed at appropriate levels. 3. To participate and contribute effectively to the initiatives in safety culture improvement program and lead some of the initiatives and monitor all such initiatives to ensure effectiveness. 4. To own and lead all such initiatives as assigned by Head QHSE / General Manager QHSE for HSE culture / performance improvement as and when required. 5. To provide support to all QHSE team members as central resource as and when required. Deliverables : - To ensure that recommendations from all sources related to HSE are tracked and implemented effectively across the organization. - To ensure that safety culture improvement program runs effectively. - To keep MIS, other reports up to date and accessible to all those who need it. - To prepare reports and updates for Apex Committee / Senior Management.
