Eligibility Criteria:


a. Candidates from tier 1 B-Schools (IIMA, IIMB, IIMC,IIML, IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, FMS, XLRI, SP Jain, MDI and ISB) and


b. having passed out in the last 0-1 year.


Job Responsibilities and Attributes - ReNew Young Leaders Program for Management Trainees


- Responsible for driving the key business imperatives and initiatives within the assigned function


- Work closely with business and site teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions


- Strengthen and improve existing processes through attention to detail and first principles


- Work closely with the senior leadership to implement strategic priorities


- Acquire extensive knowledge of renewables industry practices and implement tailor made techniques to solve problems relevant to the same


- Drive the function specific KRAs and work relentlessly to improve them
