(a) Play a lead role in identification / evaluation of new business opportunities in rooftop solar space (government tenders / opportunities with private agencies) (b) Transaction structuring and financial modelling for feasibility analysis (c) Preparation of management approval note / presentation (d) Coordination with external and internal stakeholders (procurement, technical, design, execution team, financing - debt / equity, account etc.) (e) Preparation of bid submission documents (f) Identification of new third party equity investors and lenders for solar rooftop projects (g) Preparation of Project Information Memorandum for third party project specific equity investors and lenders; coordinating with such investors
