ReNew Power - AGM/DGM - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- End to End Budgeting and Forecasting process

- Financial reporting to top management

- Variance analysis - Actual Vs Budget Vs Forecast

- Drive Insights from data analysis including historical trends

- Support business in financial analysing & decision making for new business opportunities

- Segment-wise P/L, BS and cash flows Deliverables

- Monthly/Weekly reporting to top management

- Monthly/Quarterly reporting to Investors

- Manage digitization initiatives for the FP&A function

Profile & Eligible Criteria

- Education: Chartered Accountant / MBA (preferably CA)

- Experience: 12+ years of which atleast 6+ years in Corporate FP&A

- Preferably from the Renewable sector

- Preferably working in the Corporate FP&A department

- Excellent knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint

- Excellent Analytic skills

- Good knowledge of Accounting and processes

- Good knowledge of systems and applications
