Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a critical leadership role in overseeing PMS and AIF operations, compliance, and finance functions for the firm. The COO will lead and manage the PMS/AIF operations, compliance, and finance teams, ensuring operational efficiency, financial discipline, and regulatory compliance of the PMS and AIF business of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the entire PMS and AIF operations, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all processes.

- Lead the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of compliance and governance.

- Direct the finance team, providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Ensuring adequate resourcing and streamlining of work flow across departments

- Design, enhance and implement processes and industry best practices to ensure best in industry standards across operations, compliance and finance functions

- Develop and implement initiatives in their various verticals to support the company's growth and profitability.

- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively adapting strategies to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

- Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within the teams.

Qualifications and Requirement:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with relevant experience in senior leadership roles.

- Extensive experience in overseeing PMS/AIF operations.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
