Position: Head / Vice President - Branding & Marketing
Location: Andheri-Mumbai (5 minutes walkable from WEH Metro Station)
- Experience: - 15 to 20 years (Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the real estate industry)
- Education: MBA in Marketing or Equivalent
- Industry: Real Estate / Construction
- Reporting to: Director of the Company
As the Head of Branding & Marketing, the professional will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall marketing and branding strategy for the company. S/he will be responsible for elevating our brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Conceptualize and implement ATL / BTL initiatives towards brand building
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, ensure alignment with brand strategy and business goals
- Lead the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Interface between creative agencies, strategic partners & vendors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders
- Handle media & creative agency for brand promotions & timely execution of campaigns
- Provide brief to creative agency and other vendors for the ads & related activities
- Keep track of the marketing intelligence, real estate industry news and updates
- Monitor & review all the marketing activity and results
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
- Coordinate with the associated creative agency, PR agency and vendor for execution of the marketing collaterals & process
- Handle project launch, exhibitions, trade fair & events for brand enhancement as well as for increasing the number of sales
- Manage, develop, and improve the pre-sales process and ensuring it is aligned with the brand standard
Prerequisites
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
