Remidio - Manager - Finance (5-8 yrs)
Job Description:
- Ensure books of accounts are maintained as per the respective accounting standard, GAAP and statutory requirements
- Maintaining books as per the Management accounting and cost accounting principles
- Ensure timely and proper statutory compliance which includes income tax, GST, PF & ESI, PT etc.,
- Manage accounts receivables and payables/ Fund Management and ensure that the fiscal policies are adhered to and implemented
- Liasoning with banks and financial institutions on funding and financial operations facilities
- Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly book closure and coordination with Auditors/ Analysts for data sharing in an agreed format
- Coordination for Statutory Audits and any statutory requirements including tax assessments etc.,
- Leading financial operations team and ensuring all the deliverables are met
- Providing financial operations visibility on a regular basis for the respective stakeholders
Reports to: CFO
Education: CA/ CA Inter
Skills: Financial & Management Accounting/ IFRS/ GAAP/ Fund Management/ Statutory Compliance etc.,
