Role: Responsible for poeple planning and end to end hiring process for given set of businesses. Role requires to interact with respective business leaders and managers and deliver hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountability of People Planning, Budgets & manage that throughout the year

- Optimum usage of sourcing channels with an emphasis on cost effective methods

- Ability to assess the people through interview process, conduct HR rounds and share quality feedback that helps business team

- Work on tight deadlines

- TA Analytics, Weekly & monthly trackers of progress

- Vendor Management

- Partnering & coordinating with business leaders and hiring managers

- Working through ATS for candidate life cycle

Desired Skills and Abilities:

- Retail Background

- Strong in HR fundamentals

- Good Assessment skills (CBI approach)

- Good Networking skills & Interpersonal Skills

- Patient/Resilient & Go-Getter

- Speed, Accuracy and Eye for Detail

- Working knowledge of ATS and SAP HR is preferred

- Exposure in TA improvement projects

- Influential communication & business partnering

Education & Experience Required:

- MBA HR preferred

- 4+ years of experience
