Reliance - Senior Manager/Manager - Legal - LLB

- Drafting of various agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consultancy agreements

- Negotiation of various contracts, leave and license and commercial agreements

- Indepth knowledge of land law, commercial law and corporate law.

- Knowledge of IPR laws is preferred.

- Other day-to-day matters as may be required to support the organization

- Legal research and advisory

- LLB Graduate from a good law school with 9-13 years of experience

- Excellent negotiation skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and desire to work in a fast-paced and evolving organization

- Should be proactive, be able to work with minimal supervision, High Agility - Demonstrate hands-on learning and problem-solving agility in handling day to day situations

- Customer Centric approach, track record of impeccable professional discipline and ethics

- Should have worked with Mall development and estate owning company and retail Industry
