Job Purpose:
Execute the L&D strategy for digital stores capabilities in employees for the cluster - Gujarat,Central India,Rajasthan
Industry Experience Required: Consumer Durables
Job Description:
- Manager a team of Regional Trainers - team of 3-5
- Build & Certify capabilities (Functional & People)- Digital stores (Cluster).
- Cadre building programs- DMIT, SIIT and TL2DM in (Cluster).
- Training plan for all required training interventions.
- Training delivery of people managers and behavioral programs.
- Monthly specific training needs- Identification & accordingly training delivery.
- Oversee all dimensions of L&D across digital stores in the cluster.
- Managing stakeholders L&D expectations across all internal in the cluster.
