Role Brief

- Scan business environment and keep a track & update senior management of emerging trends, highlighting strategic insights that could impact Retail Industry & Trends and allied businesses.

- To work on business transformation projects along with functional heads or independently manage critical modules within a larger project based on regular review meetings or strategic discussions.

- Prepare project business plans along with timelines, identifying major milestones/critical dependencies/risks, organise & lead initiatives, control and monitor against plans & communicate on progress and issues.

- Own the overall project reporting process and ensure timely, accurate and tailored broadcasting of progress - including benefits, schedule and status.

- Independently design and develop senior management presentations or own specific sections within a larger presentation.

- Build and streamline process efficiency improvements

- Coordinate with functional teams to streamline business process efficiency improvements. Ability to innovate & build best practices

- Identify gaps / concerns and develop action plans to close and mitigate issues to ensure project timelines are met.
