Program Manager - Direct Sales

- Reliance Retail, India's largest consumer retail network is expanding its 3P Marketplace business. The Marketplace business is an internet-commerce based platform where sellers across various domains can list their products, pricing and positioning, while receiving support from the marketplace owners in terms of warehouse and logistics.

Job Summary:

- The Seller acquisition team in Reliance Retail business is responsible for increasing the quality seller base and the sku selection on the platform.

- As an Operations Program Manager, the candidate will oversee the end to end seller on-boarding process from documents upload, on-boarding, cataloguing, go-live and account management for the assigned region.

- Be the single owner of all policies and its implementation framework within the assigned region.

- This is a sales operations role focused on defining the SOPs for the seller acquisition and ensure they are being adhered to by the field sales teams.

- Collect field intelligence from Sales teams and liaise with the central teams to incorporate the necessary SOPs for a smooth functioning of the seller on-boarding.

- Liaise with the internal teams like Cataloguing, Category, Operations, Product, Legal, Finance to address the bottlenecks are duly cleared to ensure a smooth seller on-boarding process on a daily basis.

- Track the L1, L2 & L3 level metrics for the progress of the sales team and ensure daily visibility of performance metrics across the Direct Sales organization.

Skills Required :

1. Good analytical skills and exposure to analytics tools. Needs to be comfortable with deriving insights from large data sets.

2. Good in program management. Must have handled multiple projects in parallel involving daily metrics tracking and reporting

3. Experience in quantitative decision making and defining metrics to track performance

4. Good written and verbal communication skills

5. Exposure to eCommerce marketplace, preferably in areas of operations, sales is preferable.

6. Strong stakeholder management experience. People Management experience will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Graduation from a good college, MBA preferable

2. 5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in operations/sales program management.
