Reliance Retail - Manager - Sourcing (9-15 yrs)
- Lead TV products sourcing team
- Plan LED TV assortment proposal
- Manage on time Product development cycle
- Identification of suppliers based on the product specification
- Selection of the suppliers, negotiations and supply planning
- Define the contract terms & conditions. Award contracts to the suppliers
- Get Product development approval from category team.
- Participate in Inventory scan meetings
- Identify lowest sourcing route - local or import; CBU or SKD/CKD assembly in India.
- Coordinate with Vendors for TV sourcing work
- Follow up with Quality team for product quality evaluation and provide feedback to supplier.
- Assess the vendors on the supply conditions and providing feedback for improvement
- Develop the strategic suppliers for all the merchandise in the category
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts/replacement claims settlement with suppliers
- Ensure 100% process compliance.
Desirable Candidate profile:
1. Candidate Should BE/BTech (Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication)
2. Should good communication with Negotiation skill.
3. Should have good knowledge in Costing & Budgeting skill set.
4. Should have Experience in sourcing of Television, TV Panel.
