KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a core member of the strategy and planning team to drive and deliver projects supporting organization building and transformation
- Research and analyze the industry benchmarks from technology, competitive landscape and talent perspective and build organization building roadmaps
- Regularly analyze emerging trends and industry best practices to generate insights for enhancing organizational effectiveness
- Partner with business leadership teams for comprehensive capacity and capability planning from talent and skills perspective
- Own end-to-end impact delivery of projects - including ideation, problem-solving, developing the execution plan, implementation and process stabilization
- Partner with relevant stakeholders across functions to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver project outcomes which positively impacts organization development agenda
- Support the Central Leadership Team to implement organizational transformation projects in an aligned and flexible manner.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills: Should have the ability to structure ambiguous problems, break down business problems into manageable pieces, analyses data to derive insights and identify possible solutions
- Excellent communication skills: Should be able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers (really listen), and absorb what's being said & discussed
- Good stakeholder management: Should have the ability to connect and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across teams and levels
- Program Management: Should have the ability to program manage organizational transformation projects in a disciplined manner
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience (post MBA) in strategy/organizational/HR consulting roles with a track record of consistent, outstanding achievements
EDUCATION:
Full Time MBA
