Functional Competencies :
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting on the business performance against targets
- Manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly financial reporting requirements
- Manage the preparation of Annual Operating Plan(AOP)
- Manage and deliver timely and reliable information to other department of the division, Corporate office
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintenance of the data required for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- The role will require interacting and working inter department in getting information and data.
- Responsible for timely monthly closure of the books and reporting in the pre-determined format.
- Responsible for answering all query from the corporate office on the monthly performance report.
- Major focus area to decrease OPEX and increase profitability consequently.
- Responsible for the providing performance report to the Leadership team.
- Responsible for preparation of AOP, monthly forecast, rolling forecast
- Responsible to monitor the actual spends Vs the Budget
