Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial:

1) Responsible for the Marketplace place category revenue and growth.

Marketing:

2) Creating category promotion calendar along with the marketing team and with inputs from the cluster teams.

3) Planning marketing campaigns along with the marketing team including campaign design, customer communication design, content and onsite communication.

4) Monitoring campaign execution with the store front team, measuring & analysing campaign performance, making data based informed decisions to improve performance.

5) Tracking and analysing customer needs based on customer behaviour including search, browsing and buying.

6) Brand campaign performance review, monitoring and create improvement plan for future campaigns.

Assortment:

1) Planning with the marketplace sourcing team to ensure right assortment is made available

2) Cluster growth monitoring and suggestions on performance improvement.

3) Brand analysis and provide regular inputs to cluster teams for growth acceleration.

MIS and Reporting:

4) Creating reports and dashboards for improving business performance

a) Marketing campaigns performance dashboards.

Others:

Identify and implementation ownership of tech-product requirements to improve conversion rates and minimise customer drop offs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

1) MBA or engineering graduate.

2) 4 - 10 years of experience.

3) Sound analytical and data analyst's skills along with exposure to category business.

4) Good knowledge of excel based data crunching and insight generation.

5) Loves solving problems and have structured approach to decision making.
