Reliance Power - Senior Management Cadre - Project Finance (14-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Prepares financial modeling for ongoing projects in coordination with Business development
- Meeting/discussion with banks/institutions, both on-shore and off-shore, for raising financial resources for executing various projects being implemented by Reliance Power.
- Compliance of various terms/conditions of the Facilities extended by banks/institutions, both on-shore and off-shore, and reporting thereof
- Preparation of internal MIS and presentation to the top management of Reliance Power
- Analysis and evaluation of Project Documents.
- Coordination with external and internal advisers and timely submission of the necessary information.
- Finalization of the Loan Documents with Lenders Legal Council
- Collaborates with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for acquisitions or expansions, at a least cost.
