Job Definition:
 
Learning Designers at Reliance Digital will be responsible for spearheading and managing learning and performance support initiatives end-to-end, starting from design to development, updating, implementation, evaluation, and re-updating.

Job Responsibilities:
 
1. Meet stakeholders- operations team, trainers, target audience, subject matter experts, customers, etc.--to gather/identify learning requirements.

2. Design high level learning frameworks and low level/content level design solutions to address the requirements.

3. Develop classroom training and e-learning content (Storyboarding in Word, Articulate Storyline, etc.).

4. Evaluate vendor proposals and participate in the shortlisting process.

5. Collaborate with vendors to develop content.

6. Review internal team and vendor submissions for quality and effectiveness.

7. Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for new/updated programs.

8. Track learning effectiveness (in collaboration with trainers, Ops team and Service Quality Audit team.

9. Participate in weekly review meetings to share/present the status of assigned work
