Reliance Jio - State Training Head (8-12 yrs)

1. Create and manage the training within the state budget

2. Ensure all training related activities in the state are carried out in coordination with state / city business team, NHQ and local training partners. Up-skill the state trainers in their respective functions (Technical, Sales and Service Skills).

3. Ensuring execution of training & assessment as per monthly training calendar, in coordination with the state / city business team.

4. Administer and evaluate training MIS. Release Monthly MIS to the state HR head

5. Execution of Train the Trainers (TTT) for Trainers as per requirement

6. Conduct refresher training for Trainers, share performance feedback with Trainers and map improvement areas

7. Experience of training channel partners ( desirable, not mandatory )

Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory)

1. Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and electronic learning systems.

2. Experience of training channel partners ( desirable, not mandatory )

3. Good sales training experience

4. Ability to plan and deploy training across state. Strong eye for Detail

5. High level of interpersonal skills

6. Coaching and leadership skills - should be able to conduct these workshops

7. Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization

8. Good MS Office Skills

9. Ability to accept and execute against odds / challenges
