Candidate Qualification and skill sets:
- Any graduate, MBA from a premier Tier 1 institute
- Should have at least 6-8 years of active rewards management experience and promotional campaigns planning and implementation
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Digital Catalogue processes
Target Industries:
Couponing Platforms/Companies, Loyalty CRM Cos, Financial Services, Airlines
Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for rewards management and fulfilment in JioPrime - personalised commerce and consumer engagement business
- Drive prizes/rewards cataloguing, inventory management, redemption and fulfilment processes with relevant partners and vendors
- Ensure a watertight and predictable user experience as relates to the fulfilment of rewards (prizes, gifts, e-vouchers etc.), resolve all issues within specified SLAs
- Collect and organise insights on rewards, in order that marketing and campaigns can target promotions on specific redemption priorities
- Responsible for completeness and quality of all rewards related content, working closely with campaigns & merchandising teams
- Ensure reward logistics and delivery experience are closely integrated with customer care SOPs and activities
- Generate and manage rewards and reward campaign related performance reports, and provide inputs for campaigns planning and reward sourcing and commercial teams
