Reliance Jio - Product Manager - Digital Payments & UPI (3-5 yrs)
Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager for Digital Payments with a specialist in UPI who is ready to work in a rapidly changing Fin-Tech industry. As a Product Manager, you will engage with cross functional teams as well as regulatory bodies to conceive, develop and launch digital payment products. You must be spontaneous, collaborative, driven & flexible to succeed.
Basic Qualifications
- Passionate about and/or experience working with Fin Tech Products
- 4+ years of product management experience in Digital Payments & UPI
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science) or related technical field
- Managing third parties & higher management to collect business requirements
- Experience identifying business opportunities & building a product roadmap + strategy
- Drives alignment and coherent product feature, business, and evangelism strategies
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project planning and execution skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Product Management & Fin-Tech experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the complete suite of Digital payments products for Jio Payments bank. The role requires a specialization in managing the UPI product. Complete understanding of the product, regulatory requirements, competitive environment and customer experience is a must.
- Managing across 4 channels for UPI - Jio Phone, Merchant, PG, MyJio - taking care of the overall P&L for the UPI Business - UPI Features management over each channel - Overall user experience across each Channel
- Looking after the complete Product Lifecycle - Product Note, BRD creation, Solutioning, Design, Development, Testing, Performance engineering, Risk, Recon & Settlement - Working with different stakeholders to implement the Business Requirements for the final Launch
- Relationship management with NPCI - for expedited support from NPCI for issues at our end - Circular & compliance management - Any new releases from NPCI
- Understanding the UPI Transaction data to create a GTM aimed at user acquisition & retention, revenue generation (ARPU) and Profitability
- bring down Customer Call backs with better messaging response
- Working with the Finance & Budget team to create M-o-M & Y-o-Y projections for business, evaluating the Pricing to suit our business goals
- Working with Marketing team to create campaigns & marketing content to align with the GTM strategy
- UPI Go Live - Working alongside PMO team for UPI 2. 0 delivery
- MIS Report Review - Analyzing the data daily - resolving Technical & Business declines with the help of Technical Support teams - creating a feature flow to curb the business decline -
