Reliance Jio - Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate & motivated product manager to own the product roadmap for a consumer (application / B2C) and fintech (client / B2B) business

We are looking for someone who has prior experience in consumer facing app development, who has subsequently moved to a role in Business Development / partnerships.

The former is essential to work with the engineering and design teams in creating a powerful customer facing product for maximum adoption, and the latter is to build the right partnerships to enable customers to access a wide variety of financial services.

In summary, a proven ability to run the entire product lifecycle from build to Go to Market.

Looking for someone with a bias towards action and are ready to do what it takes to launch. Expect to be empowered in creating product requirements, UI/UX flows and making critical product decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Create PRDs, agile stories, wireframes and establish key performance metrics for new feature and initiatives.

- Participate in daily scrum meetings and work closely with engineering, QA and design teams to ensure all business inputs are provided on time.

- Analyze analytics data on a daily basis and monitor post launch metrics for new features to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in consumer facing product management role

- Full time B.E/B. Tech/MCA from reputed colleges / universities and MBA from a reputed b-school

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Hands on knowledge of agile product development and scrum.

- Technical knowledge of development is a plus, but not required.
